It would be grateful if you can reply to this question in order to assist you further:

  1. Do you receive any error message or code when you try to play the games or download games from Windows Store?
  2. What happen when you try to play the Microsoft Solitaire collection games?
  3. Do you face issue only while downloading games or even other apps from Windows Store?

Note: Basic information on Apps

  1. UAC (User Account Control) must be enabled.
  2. To access the Windows Store and to download and run apps, you need an active Internet connection and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
  3. To snap apps, you need a screen resolution of at least 1366 x 768.
  4. Make sure video card driver is updated.
  5. Make sure that Date and Time in your device is correct and up-to date.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Try clearing the Store Cache:

  1. Press the Windows key + R keys.
  2. In the Run window, type WSReset.exe and click “Ok”.

Step 2: Also I would suggest you to run Windows Store Troubleshooter and check if it helps:

1. Type Troubleshooter in the search bar and click on it from the list.

2. Click on view all and select Windows Store Apps and click next.

3. Follow the onscreen instruction.

Thanks. They randomly now open. What was happening was the title would open, but no loading activity. But it seems to have corrected.

I have the same problem. A recent upgrade temporarily solved it, but after a few days it has now returned. Troubleshooter cannot identify the problem, and wsreset does nothing except to attempt, unsuccessfully, to open the Store (which shows 4 downloads waiting to complete).

I have the same problem. I played minesweeper (everything was ok), solitare (I played but game was never login, always guest, error 1170000)

So I was uninstall games and now I can't download anything from store.

Windows update Troubleshooter something fix, but nothing hapend.

WSreset does nothing (I got empty black window), in Store shows 3 downloads waiting to complete.

Many thanks but some how it behaved as it should without my doing anything but say a few uncomplimentary remarks about the gremlin built into Windows 10 trying yet another attempt to rethink my wishes.

My problem is solved after Microsoft support reset my PC. They tryed everithing, but nothing else is helped.
