Sorry I think I explain the situation not clear.. let me explain again.
My Company have this policy where user only allow to login into the O365 from 1 specific IP address. all other IP will be block from access to the O365. Lets say my IP is **Removed**.
that means any1 trying to login to O365 using any devices with data plan or other places like starbucks will be block too. The only way to login into O365 is by using company network.

Since the blocking configuration is fairly simple as the blocking apply to all 0365 apps using the Azure AD conditional access, but it also block the Microsoft Teams login. I want to exclude the Teams from this type of blocking like I show in the screenshot.
But unfortunately the exclusion is not working and Teams is still blocked when I try to login using Teams app.
